By accessing eliteapt.link or utilizing our integrated sensing hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a commercial farm or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.
EliteApt provides high-precision data management solutions designed for the Canadian agricultural sector. These terms ensure that our infrastructure remains reliable for all stakeholders operating within the grain corridor and beyond.
02. Permitted Use & Security
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the EliteApt dashboard and data services solely for precision agriculture management. Prohibited activities include:
Unauthorized extraction or bulk-scraping of regional atmospheric soil modeling data.
Reverse engineering sensor firmware or unauthorized gateway modifications.
Account security is paramount. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access sensor fleets. EliteApt reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of credentials-sharing or third-party data leaks.
03. Hardware & Service Availability
EliteApt hardware, including Sub-Surface Moisture Arrays and Micro-Climate Perimeter Stations, is designed to withstand Alberta weather conditions down to -40°C. However, service availability is subject to:

04. Liability & Jurisdiction
EliteApt provides data for operational guidance. Final agricultural decisions, including planting, harvesting, and chemical application, remain the sole responsibility of the user. We are not liable for crop loss resulting from environmental extremes or hardware placement inconsistent with our installation guides.
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Calgary, AB.
